Speaking of...

There's another country occupying a violence-prone muslim land, and the news there isn't exactly great - but it's hardly surprising, either:

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli special forces killed 15 Palestinians, including police, in a 2002 shooting spree ordered to avenge comrades slain in a West Bank ambush, an Israeli newspaper said on Friday, citing testimony by troops.

Well this should shock exactly no one. I mean, Bush pretty obviously ordered Fallujah destroyed to make up for three dead Mercenaries. I don't expect anything more from the Israelis than from the Americans, I suppose.

It's a pity that the bar is so low for both of them, though.
