$150 for 8GB of flash memory?
Suddenly my 512MB seems woefully inadequate. And it's not even orange...

A thought, though: if this thing is really 8GB, that makes it just about big enough to hold an un-encrypted, uncompressed DVD.
I think the MPAA just got another nightmare...
