Paul Martin says he's going to discuss human rights with President of China Hu Jintao. Via the miracle of a time machine and listening devices, I've managed to procure a transcript of their discussion:
Paul Martin: Gee Mr. President, this is embarassing, but I have to bring it up - PR, y'know? Any chance you might not lock people up for no reason? No offense.
Hu Jintao: No.
PM: Um... please?
HJ: No. Be a good country and send us more oil.
PM: Actually, that's next on the agenda...
There you have it folks - the Canadian government, hard at work fighting autocracy in the orient!
