Unbelievable. Bush has now waived the minimum wage for rebuilding efforts after Katrina. Because, you know, there wasn't any problem with poverty among southern blacks before.
First they screwed unions when they created the Department of Homeland Security. Now this. Just once I'd love to see Republicans not crap all over the American people.
