Addendum

In addition to the depressing news about North Korea having nukes (or maybe not), the US's ABM system has failed yet again.

If anyone can't figure out why Canada isn't wild about this whole scheme, this is just one more nail.

Oh, and if the ABM shield actually is meant to eventually protect the US from Russian nukes (and not rogue states like they claim) then it's already obsolete. (Warning: English language Russian news site. Can't vouch for reliability.)
