Enough to make me a libertarian

There are days where I'm convinced that your average state bureacracy wouldn't be competent to organize a bake sale if you spotted them the eggs and flour. It's not just Iraq -- though it is of course that too -- but this whole hillarious farce of the Surete de Quebec agents being unmasked (in the Internet, at least) as trying to stir up a riot at the SPP meeting in Quebec is just the perfect example of how bad these guys are at doing the stuff they're supposed to be good at.

OTOH -- when did you ever here the letters SQ associated with something good. At least the RCMP has horses.
