John Derbyshire says, apropos of John Kerry's insulting George Bush, that the faux-outrage by the right is in fact all faux and no outrage.
It kind of boggles the mind when Bush-cultists snap out of it for a moment. I'm sure that someone will be along with a dollop of Kool-Aid for the Derb shortly.
