The Neocons continue to be wrong about everything, always

About a country where 98% of the population is Muslim, Michael Ledeen writes:
...Islam is very unpopular in Iran nowadays... but Zoroastrianism is surging.
Words fail me.

Zoroastrianism? Really? Surging? From what base? Did Iran's lone Zoroastrian recruit two of his cousins?

I must stop following links to The Corner, even if they come via Rob at LGM.

There are about 45,000 Zorastrians in Iran. OK - a real nit pick.

I was actually aware that Zoroastrians were numerous, but wanted to make Ledeen look like even more of an idiot. That was unnecessary and redundant, and good of you to catch me.

Michael Ledeen's idiocy speaks for itself.

PS - "Zoroastrian" really requires a good abbreviation, doesn't it?
