So, this Shakira woman. She's a mighty fine-looking gal.
Most denizens of this planet who've heard "Hips Don't Lie" probably heard it off of the radio or from buying the CD. But not me, no sir. I had to follow a youtube link from a blog about Indian pop culture talking about Shakira's Bollywood-inspired performance at the MTV video awards. Now I realize I have heard it before, in the way it's impossible to avoid hearing these kinds of songs in malls, bars, etc.
Still, the first time I heard this incredibly-popular song in full was through a path of blogs, youtube links, and my interests in Asia. Which, come to think about it, it about how I find everything on the Internet anymore.
