'Tis the Season

My good friend Paul has put together his own take on a classic Christmas Carol. Be warned though - it uses the word "fuck" a bit more than baby Jesus would appreciate, I think.

I'm in a particularly festive mood, because two - count 'em, two! - bastards are facing some time in the slammer. One:

Santiago, Chile — A Chilean appeals court Friday turned down a request by lawyers for General Augusto Pinochet to release him from house arrest or drop human rights charges against him, the latest in a string of defeats for the aging former dictator.

Two:

A defiant Conrad Black pleaded not guilty to eight counts of fraud inside a Chicago courtroom Thursday. If convicted of every count, the 61-year-old could face up to 40 years in jail.
