Blogging on the Run

Gotta go "work" for "money", so for now, enjoy the news that China has successfully launched a two-man crew in to orbit around the Earth. This is China's first launch in two years. Congratulations. I liked this line from the BBC:
In a sign of growing official confidence about the programme, the launch was announced in advance and broadcast in full on state television.
It was a common refrain during the early days of the US-USSR Space Race that, while all of NASA's failures were broadcast immediately, the Soviets never did. Nice to see the Chinese becoming more confident in their plans to turn the Moon Communist.

Sorry, wrong decade.
