So, Prime-Minister-hopeful Stephen Harper has been spending his summer trying to get the people of Canada to know him better, in the hopes that they might, you know, vote for the guy.

Well, the latest poll shows that his efforts are paying off - for Paul Martin. Via CalgaryGrit, the numbers for "Most Favored PM":

Martin - 31% (-1)
Layton - 15% (0)
Harper - 14% (-13)
Duceppe - 8% (+2)
None - 19% (+11)
Undecided - 13% (+4)

Ouch. A 13-point plunge - after you've done your damndest to get people to like you.
