Linux Again

Yet another article on the spread of Linux in the developing world.

The article notes that Linux has been actively supported by the Brazilian government. It would be nice to see a similar push by Ottawa or Queen's Park, but I fear Microsoft has probably spent enough money in Canada to keep intelligent policies off the table.
