So Toronto has narrowly avoided a mass-transit strike. Good for you! But the near-miss has the usual suspects talking about making Transit workers an "emergency" service and legally denied the right to strike.
So, last provincial election the Tories ran on banning teacher strikes. Now we're talking about Transit workers. We can all see where this is headed. There's only one unionized Starbucks in Canada, but I hope they don't plan on striking any time soon.
