Calling bullshit on Dalton McG.'s complaints about transfer funding. The last line is the kicker:

He's playing fast and loose with the unity of the country.

I think she's absolutely right. More and more, I'm beginning to long for Canada as a unitary state more and more each day. Or maybe a more... creative approach to constitutional negotiations.

I'm really (really really!) just kidding. But the current system sure is unwieldly, isn't it?
